Open Enrollment 2025

Oct. 18 – Nov. 1

Open Enrollment is your chance to review your benefits and choose options that might be a better fit for your needs. Even if you’re not making changes or wish to waive coverage, all eligible employees, including newly hired, must complete the Open Enrollment process. See the Enrollment Checklist for easy steps.

What’s New for 2025?

Wellness Worx program: Our program has been redesigned to better support you in your wellness journey. This FAQ provides what you need to know.

FSA administrator change: Voya, who also administers our HSA, will administer our Health Flex Spending and Dependent Care Flex Spending accounts. If you have an HSA, use the same debit card. Otherwise, you’ll get a new card in the mail. Our current vendor will handle claims incurred through Dec. 31, 2024. You can submit these through the grace period ending March 15, 2025.

Life, AD&D and Disability carrier change: Lincoln Financial Group is our new carrier for all life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance. There are no plan changes. However, short-term disability rates have decreased.

Deductibles: HDHP $3300; HDHP $3700; PPO $2,700
