Open Enrollment is your chance to review your benefits and choose options that might be a better fit for your needs. Even if you’re not making changes or wish to waive coverage, all eligible employees, including newly hired, must complete the Open Enrollment process. See the Enrollment Checklist for easy steps.

What’s New for 2024?

HSA Contribution Match: Exciting news for employees who participate in one of the High Deductible Health Plan options and contribute to a Health Savings Account! Beginning in 2024, the Company will contribute up to $520 annually (up to $20 per pay period) to your Health Savings Account, as an employer match. Remember, this is money you can use at any time for qualified medical expenses. See the Benefits Guide for details.

Dental Plan Carryover Benefit: A new way to get more out of your dental coverage. You’ll be able to carry over unused benefit dollars into the next plan year. Red and White Plans – carry over up to $250; Platinum Plan – carry over up to $500. See the Benefits Guide for details.

Vision Plan Enhancements: Save with higher coverage levels and reduced copays at no additional cost to you.  See the Benefits Guide for details.

Hinge Health: A new virtual exercise therapy program that provides relief for back, knee, neck and other joint pain. Your Hinge Health benefit is 100% covered by the Company, with no cost to you! See the Benefits Guide for details.

Review your Benefits Statement to ensure everything is correct and that you selected covered dependents on each of the plans, if applicable.

Get your maximum medical premium discount of up to $120/month.

  • Complete Levels 1 and 2 of the Wellness Worx program, by Nov. 30.
  • Remember, if your spouse will be covered on your medical plan, they also must complete Levels 1 & 2 to receive the medical premium discount.
  • The dollar amount earned for both employee and spouse is averaged to determine the total monthly medical premium discount. (Maximum total: Up to $120/month.)
